In our most recent Freedom Era Masterclass, we got to learning how to become an embodied leader by understanding the 6 ways different people, Listen, Lead, and Learn based on their epigenetic or biological differences.
How enlightening it was listening to Cody & Jacquie explain the intricacies of such a vast subject – and they only just scratched the surface of what there is to know when it comes to how amazing our biology and potential is!

- To be a great leader you must be a great listener. How to listen for how others listen is to understand where they come from.
- The biggest myth in communication is the belief that is has taken place because conflict is created when what is said is not the same as what was heard.
- The sign of a great leader is how well they can create other leaders, and to know that you can only lead others to the depth at which you are willing to lead yourself. Be willing to raise your lid and commit to a consistency of self improvement. Not being limited by fear or lead by complacency.
Did you even know before this, that there is a spectrum of leadership to understand?! That there are ways we listen, learn, communicate and choose to lead.
These are just our top 5 takeaways from this one session, this is a masterclass to be watched more in depth and on repeat for there was so much offered for us to delve into and learn further.
Who even knew there was so much to consider when it came to our own biology and how we amplify our true selves, and then with the intent to connect and communicate more effectively whilst considering someone else’s epigenetic make up!
